At Vèringer, we are committed to respecting individuals, complying with the law and preventing misconduct.

This channel enables individuals to report suspected breaches or irregularities relating to our business activities, including those arising within Vèringer or at client companies where our personnel provide services.

You may submit your report anonymously or choose to identify yourself.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your report will be handled confidentially. Access will be restricted to individuals expressly authorised to manage the Whistleblowing Channel.

ANONYMITY

You may report concerns without providing your name or any other personally identifying information.

PROTECTION AGAINST RETALIATION

Retaliation against individuals who report suspected breaches under the conditions of protection established by applicable law will not be tolerated.

RESTRICTED ACCESS

Reports will not be automatically forwarded to line managers, Human Resources personnel or client companies.

WHO RECEIVES YOUR REPORT?

Reports will be handled exclusively by the person responsible for the Internal Reporting System and other expressly authorised individuals.

If a report concerns a manager, colleague or representative of a client company, it will not be automatically disclosed to that person.

Where further enquiries are necessary, only information strictly required for the investigation will be shared with those who need to be involved, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

01. RECEIPT

We receive your report through the designated reporting channel.

02. ASSESSMENT

We assess the information provided and determine whether an investigation is warranted.

03. INVESTIGATION

Where appropriate, we conduct the necessary enquiries while safeguarding confidentiality and the rights of everyone involved.

04. RESOLUTION

Appropriate action is taken, and information on the follow-up is provided in accordance with the established procedure and applicable statutory time limits.

LAWFUL BASIS: Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Internal Reporting System, pursuant to Spanish Law 2/2023 and applicable data protection legislation.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND RECIPIENTS: Access to the information will be restricted to individuals legally authorised to handle it. Personal data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

RETENTION: Personal data will be retained for the periods established by applicable legislation.
